Eligibility for Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
- Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be accepted.
Non-Returnable Items
- Perishable goods (food, fuel canisters, bait).
- Clearance or final-sale items.
- Customized or special-order products.
Return Process
- Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
- Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
- Items must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense (unless defective or incorrect).
Refund Process
- Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, no online refunds are issued.
- If the return is approved:
- Before payment: Simply refuse the order at delivery.
- Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned items.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
- If you receive a defective or wrong product, please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
- We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
