Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery.
  • Products must be unused, in original packaging, and with all tags/labels intact.
  • Items that show signs of use, damage, or missing parts may not be accepted.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Perishable goods (food, fuel canisters, bait).
  • Clearance or final-sale items.
  • Customized or special-order products.

Return Process

  1. Contact us at [email protected] with your order details and reason for return.
  2. Our team will confirm eligibility and provide return instructions.
  3. Items must be shipped back to us at the customer’s expense (unless defective or incorrect).

Refund Process

  • Since we only accept Cash on Delivery, no online refunds are issued.
  • If the return is approved:
    • Before payment: Simply refuse the order at delivery.
  • Refunds are processed within 7–10 business days after inspection of the returned items.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

  • If you receive a defective or wrong product, please notify us at [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery.
  • We will arrange a replacement at no extra cost, or issue a full refund.
